for the property managers for a Large multiple dwelling unit complex of high-rise and townhouse units
* Developing a contract for off-tariff voice and data services for A Professional Association marketing the services
to member law firms, accounting firms and other professionals and negotiating the agreement with two of the top three telecommunications providers in the US
* Evaluating the communications usage, needs and opportunities for a Regional Health Care Organization, then
recommending the establishment of a separate subsidiary to become a licensed Competitive Local Exchange Carrier, preparing and filing the necessary applications, developing the Interconnection Agreement with the Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier and developing the plan for implementation
In addition, we have served as the project manager or as consultants on a variety of projects such as:
* Designing, developing an RFP and selecting a vendor for a wide area network utilizing frame relay to connect
hospitals throughout the western states for a National Health Care System
* Managing a multi-hospital PBX integration after merger of two Hospital Systems
* Managing a nationwide cellular vendor selection project for a National Engineering Firm
* Designing and specifying a worldwide wide area network for voice and data, then negotiating contracts with
vendors for a High Technology Manufacturing Firm
* Developing and delivering a presentation and workshop on telecommunications and wireless opportunities for a
nationally known Private University
* Developing the specifications and implementation plan for a public information service radio station for events
parking for a Major Public University
* Developing specifications, drafting the RFP, selecting the vendors and managing implementation of a trader turret
system and associated market data services, a PBX and VoiceMail system for a Regional Brokerage Firm
* Developing specifications and pricing for VSAT networks for monitoring of oil flow through remote pipelines and
for monitoring of inventory and sales for a Major National Gasoline Retailer
